7 Jaswant Singh, Baba Gurdit Singh, p. 45. Lloyd's Register for 1913-14 shows the Hov.g Bee, 3229 tons and built in 1876 and the Hong Moh, 3910 tons and built in 1881. They were owned by Lim Peng Siang of Singapore.
